Regional Dental Product Specialist - Remote

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Product Technician to work REMOTE and be able to travel when necessary for trainings with clients and sales staff in the Dental manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity with an organization that focuses on designing, manufacturing and distributing of prosthetic abutments for dental implants committed to providing healthcare enterprises with innovative implant prosthetic solutions. The company offers straight abutment, angled abutment, castable abutment, screws as well as other dental implant components. Organization currently operates in 30 countries and is now operating within all states in the US with Sales reps located in CA, TX and FL.

In this role, you would be responsible for expanding brand awareness and deliver high-level technical assessment and product support regarding company's products through chat, email, in-person and phone consultations. You would also support Sales team while:

· Introducing Product portfolio and Digital Solutions through supporting partners under a B2B environment

· Provide advice, system presentation and training for direct partners as well as support its workshops for dental technicians and dentists in the area of the CAD / CAM product

· Schedule joint meetings and visits to dental laboratories, clinician practices, hospitals and corporate groups to maintain and build customer relationships aiding to maximize sales, increase distribution and achieve company targets

· Support and communicate with Sales reps regarding customer training needs regarding product categories

· Will facilitate training to clients remotely virtually most of the time and on some occasions may need to travel to visit clients(labs & dental offices) to do on site training

· Carry out market observations, paying particular attention to the strategies and tactics of competitors, and reports these regularly to direct supervisors

Minimum Qualifications:

· Experienced serving as a Dental Technician for at least 3-5 years

· Experience in CAD Software Exocad and 3Shape

· Professional experience in sales of Dental Products is highly preferred

· Customer, sales and success-oriented

· Good presentation, training and influencing skills

· Team player and able to work successfully in a matrix organization

· Intermediate MS Office knowledge

· Willingness to travel within the US when necessary

· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Intermediate computer skills.
