Regional Coordinator - Dol

This position will be responsible for a multi-county area and the staff working in those counties, in the development of employment and training initiatives and opportunities for Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers. This position will work with developed partners and has the freedom to develop new relationships with others within industry and services to promote program initiatives. This position comes with extensive training and support and will be housed in the Tucson area. A company vehicle will be provided for all travel and travel advance and reimbursement for all travel required outside of Tucson. Apply today.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Business/ Public Administration or related field.
• Three (3) years prior work experience in the administration of employment/human services or social service programs.
• Two (2) years prior supervisory experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Intermediate proficiency in MSWord, Excel, or spreadsheet applications.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clearance/approval from corporate auto insurer.

OR

• Any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in business or Public Administration or related field
• Four (4) years prior work experience in the administration of Employment/human services or social services programs.
• Four (4) years prior supervisory experience in the design or implementation of employment service programs
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to see/read a computer monitor screen.
• Must be able to lift and carry ten (10) pounds.
• Must be able to drive a car and travel as required.
• Must be available to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available for travel in state and out of state

Pay: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00 per year
