Form of workXGD Systems, LLC is one of North America's leading contractors in drainage on golf courses & sports fields. We are seeking individuals for the position of Regional Business Manager (RBM) for our growing team of golf course drainage professionals..
The Regional Business Manager will oversee both operations and sales within their region.The project management side of the role includes management of onsite crew foremen, ensuring quality control, safety control and overall project operations with successful completion.The sales side of the RBM role is focused on development of new sales and business through leveraging the extensive past client list of KGD Systems as well as networking in other mediums such as industry conferences and other industry professionals.
The successful candidate for XGD Systems will have:
- Current & clean US driver's license.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Trade School/ College preferred (or equivalent field experience in golf course/ landscaping construction.
- DOT Driver's m Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
- Some sales experience, preferred experience in the golf course industry.
- Experience with MS Office tools such as Outlook, Excel & Word and Video conferencing .
- Ability to travel extensively and be away form home base +75% per year.
- Ability to speak Spanish would be an asset.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- 75+% Work Location: On the road
