Overview

NEFCO Fire Investigations is seeking an honest, highly motived and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our industry leading team. Regional Sales Managers create trusted relationships with new customers and successfully manage Business Development with existing clients within a multistate territory (MA, ME, NH, RI & VT).

HYBRID/REMOTE:NEFCO supports a strong work-life balance. This Regional Sales Manager may work up to2-3 days a week from home, and up to 2-3 days a week out in the field. To be considered, candidates must reside within their territory.

(Candidate can also be located in: Rochester NH, Manchester NH, Dover NH Nashua NH or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Main-point-of-contact growing local and regional strategic accounts and individual clients, while driving participation in customer meetings;
  • Act as an expert with full understanding of NEFCO’s coverage and capabilities as well as strengthen client partnerships;
  • Originate and attend customer meetings both in person to achieve desired goals and retention objectives;
  • Develop excellent relationships with every customer to influence growth and develop new business opportunities;
  • Attend and participate in industry related business and trade events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of outside B2B Sales & Business Development experience required;
  • Proficient CRM, Excel and Microsoft Office strongly preferred;
  • Ability to travel as needed via air and/or car; travel will vary weekly up to 20-50%; depending on appointment schedule
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to achieving results through service excellence and high standards;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative self-starter and team player;
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities, workflow, and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent fact-finding and consultative sales skills;
  • Current valid driver’s license required

Base salary & ability to earn quarterly bonuses, cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement, 401k, healthcare

Compensation range listed is combination of base salary & quarterly bonuses.
