```Duties```
- Review and process patient referrals from healthcare providers
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for referrals
- Coordinate with patients and healthcare providers to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of referrals and Authorizations
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure appropriate documentation and coding for referrals
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9
- Experience with insurance verification and Authorization processes
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
