SalaryLanguage Link Therapy is a pediatric therapy practice that provides services to children of all ages. We are seeking an expereinced and highly organized Authorization Specialist to join our team. Our practice accepts most insurance, both commerical and medicaid, and processes a high volume of authorizations daily.
Qualified candidate MUST meet the following criteria:
1) Incredibly organized and schedule minded
2) Highly proficient in technology (utilizing multiple systems simultaneously)
3) Experience working with the typical systmes: Availity, UHC, Cigna, AvMed, Etc...
4) Knowledgeable on process to initiate, follow up, track, and finally receive authorization with commerical insurers
5) Ability to assist with scheduling and follow up of services that require authorization and ensure proper communication with staff who will be performing services
