Job Description:
Savvy Estates ATL is excited to offer a unique opportunity for licensed real estate agents in Georgia who are seeking to park their License Without the usual fees associated with traditional brokerage firms. As a Referral Agent with Savvy Estates ATL, you can maintain your real estate license status while enjoying the flexibility to focus on other priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Referral Agent, directing clients who are seeking real estate services to our team of experienced agents.
• Facilitate communication between clients and our team to ensure a seamless referral process.
• Stay informed about market trends and changes to better assist clients with their real estate needs.

• No MLS Access Required: This program is tailored for agents who do not require MLS access or CRM tools. Agents can continue to use their license for any sales transactions, referrals, rentals, leases, and commercial deals without board dues.
• Maintain License Status: Park your real estate License Without Going Inactive, allowing for an easy transition back into an active agent role when desired.
• Flexible Commission Structure: Enjoy a 90% commission split -- 10% of the commission goes to Savvy Estates ATL on each transaction referred, with a $550 flat fee paid by the Referral Agent.
• Opportunity for Growth: Work alongside an experienced agent and broker owner who understands the journey from starting out in the industry. As the broker owner, I am committed to building a supportive back office with features such as training, broker support, and benefits for the agents who come onboard.
