Red Bull Warehouse Manager - North Liberty, IA

We're looking for a passionate Warehouse Manager to join our team in North Liberty, IA. In this role, you'll be the on-site champion, ensuring all those Red Bull wings reach their destination!

The Big Picture:
- Lead and motivate a team of 4 warehouse heroes, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving incoming trucks and meticulously managing inventory to expertly loading sales trucks for on-time deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to Red Bull's high standards, including corporate policies, warehouse/logistics best practices, and vendor requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse that embodies the Red Bull spirit.
Requirements
You're a Perfect Fit If:
- You have 2-3 years of experience managing a warehouse or 5+ years warehouse experience.
- You're a natural leader who can motivate and develop your team to achieve peak performance.
- You possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and unwavering accuracy are second nature to you.
- You're comfortable operating a forklift and 26' trucks.
- You have the strength and stamina to lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull) regularly.
- You hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
