Salary: $70-$80,000/annually

We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse & Inventory Manager.  You will have high integrity with the ability to make sound decisions to ensure the high-quality manufacture and delivery of our Animal Health products.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role would include:

  • Manages materials and/or services to support the company’s inventory program
  • Manage warehouse department as a working manager, working hand in hand with warehouse employees
  • Work with peers across the globe to ensure goals are met
  • Leads and manages scheduling and warehouse employees and activities to ensure all goals are met
  • Responsible for working with site leadership to develop and implement a distributor model for inventory management
  • Responsible for the timely planning and scheduling of receipt and inventory control of the products and services as assigned consistent with ERP requirements
  • Track and Analyse data essential for continuous improvement
  • Develops appropriate metrics and action plans to ensure customer/business needs are met
  • Proactively highlight issues that could impact the schedule and lead efforts to eliminate or minimize delays
  • Work with Production Department to initiate a staging program to increase efficiency and better control inventory

 

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in business administration or economics or equivalent education and experience
  • Three to five years of related experience with Warehouse and/or Inventory Management
  • Proven work experience in a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Great communication and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess a general understanding of GMP regulations
  • Detail oriented
