RECYCLING PROJECT MANAGER SUMMARY
The Recycling Project Manager uses strong, experiential leadership skills in order to plan, conduct, lead and direct personnel towards productive work assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects within the department.
RECYCLING PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall support of Automotive OEM’s electrification related business development.
- Plans, conducts and supervises assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects in Resource Recycling SBU.
- Leads or direct projects in Resource Recycling SBU.
- May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations including Toyota Tsusho Japan, suppliers and customers.
- Evaluates progress and results and also recommends major changes in procedure.
- Operates with considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge to complete significant assignments.
- Collaborates across fields.
- Budgeting for specific projects.
- Other duties may be assigned.
RECYCLING PROJECT MANAGER EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Recycling Project Manager candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and typically 12+ years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal Recycling Project Manager candidate will possess experience developing new business models or projects. It is preferred that the candidate have experience with Carbon Neutral/Recycling.
Business trips overnights are frequently necessary including international trips.
