Here follows information about the position: Able Health Care Service is offering you a great opportunity to join our team. This is our 46th year in business. We are looking for a self-motivated Recruiter - Service Coordinator who is driven and excels in the Home Care environment.
The ideal person will excel at finding applicants, onboarding new hires and can perform service coordination duties. Responsibilities Supports all recruitment activities in the Branch and community by participating in job fairs, health fairs, and mall displays. Follows process of hiring, onboarding, and retaining Caregivers.
Ability to attend employment fairs and other locations to recruit and establish relationships with HHA Schools and other sources Networking, recruiting, and developing relationships with training schools, community groups, agencies, associations, and other groups Obtain all the documents needed to make the applicants an employee Reach hiring quotas set by the executive team Ensures continuous compliance with all applicable Federal and State Regulations and agency policies. Oversees periodic continuing internal audits of personnel files. Maintain a standardized weekly schedule for all active patients/clients and document schedule changes on the scheduling form.
Schedule only the amount, frequency, and duration of services identified in the plan of care and ordered by the physician, whenever Company policy dictates that a physician's order is required. Validate caregiver documentation against schedules prior to payroll and appropriately to resolve differences. Create and update active patient/client and caregiver lists weekly, and more frequently, if requested.
Other duties as needed. Qualifications The candidate for this position will have a high school diploma, preferably bachelor's degree, and experience in Home Care agency and/or healthcare environment. Effective interpersonal and communication skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail are requisite for success in this position.
Candidate must have basic computer skills.
