Overview
We are seeking a passionate and organized Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The Student Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging students from diverse backgrounds who are interested in pursuing artistic education and enrichment opportunities at our hub. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of students interested in our arts programs.
- Collaborate with local schools, colleges, and community organizations to establish partnerships and promote our educational offerings.
- Create and maintain a database of potential student leads, track their progress through the recruitment funnel, and ensure effective communication with prospects.
- Conduct outreach through various channels, including email, social media, presentations, and community events, to engage prospective students and their families.
- Provide information about our programs, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities to interested students and families.
- Organize and participate in open houses, orientations, and campus tours to showcase our facilities and offerings.
- Assist with the application and enrollment process, including application reviews, interviews, and admissions decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials, brochures, and digital content.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in student recruitment.
- Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment efforts, conversion rates, and enrollment statistics.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for prospective students, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Arts Administration, Marketing) preferred.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related roles is a strong asset.
- Passion for the arts and a strong belief in the transformative power of artistic education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local arts and education landscape is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and outreach activities.
