Sr. Production Coordinator

The role is onsite 5 days a week

1. Communicate with vendors/factories daily on all production related matters        
2. Manage the life cycle of assigned brands/styles in production
3. Manage production costing chart
4. Ensure all purchase orders are created timely and accurately to the vendors. Manage purchase order updates throughout the production cycle
5. Responsible and accountable for customer compliance approvals such as UPC ticketing/packing accessories/carton marking to ensure accuracy
6. Monitor seasonal WIP report and keep track of approval/production/delivery status  
7. Track all test and inspection compliance to ensure product standards are met
8. Insure timely deliveries/Vessel booking for production orders
9. Special projects as assigned

Qualification and competencies 

1. Solid production experience, outerwear preferred
2. Major retailer experience a plus
3. Strong excel skill 
4. Organized and detail oriented 
5. Sense of urgency and priorities 
6. Team player and strong work ethic 
7. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environments
