Recruitment Assistant/Receptionist (Bilingual: Spanish-English)

Ultimate Care NY, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the Recruiting Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

• Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Greet and welcome visitors, providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information when needed.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing paperwork and conducting orientations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Salary Range: $20-$23 an hour
