Momentum Building Services is a commercial janitorial company looking for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator. This person will play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, ever-changing company that focuses on the service industry.

The Recruiting Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative, operational, and human resources duties. This individual must be able to work independently, is well organized, flexible, and take on administrative challenges.
Main Qualities:
We are looking for a competent Recruiting Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees.
The Recruiting Coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external partners. The candidate should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, and directing phone calls to proper personnel.
- Oversee all staffing needs for the company in a timely manner.
- Build staffing campaigns to attract candidates through social media, online platforms, community outreach, job fairs, employee referrals, and “gorilla marketing” to find a wide range of service industry candidates needed.
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes.
- Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding legal documents, direct deposit, etc.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.
- Assume responsibility for timekeeping and GPS clock system.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee login information.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing to the Director of Operations.
Requirements:
- Work independently on assigned production tasks
- Proven experience with a similar position.
- Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws, visa procedures, etc.)
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality.
