UNI is looking to hire a Full Time Office Assistant & Credentialing Specialist for our office. In this role, you are expected to wear multiple hats and will be trained to multi-task. This position is ideal for someone seeking to gain clerical experience and develop administrative skills.
*This position is Full Time in an office setting
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Credentialing and corresponding with new hires
- Credentialing and record keeping for current employees
- Screening phone calls
- Scheduling shifts
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
• Standard typing/keyboarding layouts and formats
• Computer skills- software will be used for record keeping
• Business English (including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary)
• Modern clerical, office and record keeping procedures
• Telephone office and online etiquette
