Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate data, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), including updating candidate profiles and tracking progress throughout the hiring process
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct research on potential candidates and assist with sourcing efforts
- Assist with training development and employee orientation programs
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Assist with lead generation for potential candidates through various channels
- Support recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings
- Assist with negotiating offers and preparing offer letters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Base Salary
· Up to $80,000 based on education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
