Recruiting Coordinator is a fast-track entry position with growth, responsibility, and a real opportunity to make a significant difference early in your career. He/she will learn the business and develop skills alongside other management trainees prior to participating in recruiting training with seasoned recruiters. Working directly with recruiters, Recruiting Coordinator manages to post, sources candidates online, administer and onboard hires. He/she will be mentored and gradually assume full recruiting responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree from leading university (psychology, sociology, or human resources preferred)
- Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills
- Outgoing, engaging personality
- Passion for sourcing and recruiting
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high personal drive
- Natural leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage postings on job boards
- Actively review, source, and screen candidates on job boards for design consultant and management training position
- Work with development and general managers to anticipate and prioritize market needs
- Help plan and lead campus recruiting effort
