Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Review Requests for Recruitment (RFR), determine distribution timetables and posting requirements, create and maintain schedules in the recruiting database for individual studies.
  2. Establish, maintain and share RFR spreadsheet, assigning recruiters to studies, distribute RFR's to recruiting staff.
  3. Create, update and maintain panelist study packets and study sheet postings.
  4. Enter, create, update, and maintain the ECRL panelist study website.
  5. Process panelist profiles, entering new profiles, updates from returning panelists, medication changes and restriction notices to the database.
  6. Maintain autodial reminder calendar, distributing reminder calls to be made on a daily basis, process recruitment and automated calls at the request of the Department Manager or Evening Supervisor.
  7. Requisition general referral money, maintain logs, post referrals to individual panelists as they are paid, reconcile all referral transactions with the Accounting Department.
  8. Set up recording practices for Special Referral bonuses as requested by the Department Manager; process, approve and requisition monies for Special Referral bonuses.
  9. Maintain records of Special Referral Bonuses paid, post payments to individual panelists
  10. Oversee maintenance of Recruiting Office, front and side hall desk calendars.
  11. Update Referral Information board in the Recruiting Office with any critical information.

General recruiting duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

-High school Diploma or GED

-Able to perform light computer work including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word

- Spanish speaking (bilingual)

- Full Time hours - (9:30am - 6:00pm)
