Job Description
We have partnered with a leading company in the alternative investment marketplace, serving as a trusted technology partner to independent financial advisors, wealth managers, and asset managers. Currently, they are seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator. This presents an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing conference room bookings.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience by facilitating seamless interview processes, including in-person and virtual meetings.
- Providing candidates with clear itineraries and handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating Zoom interviews with candidates, hiring teams, and talent acquisition partners.
- Corresponding with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse.
- Facilitating post-interview communication and gathering feedback from interviewers and candidates.
- Assisting with reference checks and background verifications as needed.
- Collaborating closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure successful onboarding experiences.
- Supporting ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and generating related reports.
- Working with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional setting.
- Interest in building a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive approach with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various departments and levels of the organization.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
