Daily and weekly responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and recommend placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
- Review resumes and job applications, and conduct phone screenings to screen and select qualified candidates.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
- Work and form relationships with internal management teams and learn the ins and outs of their departments to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conducts regular follow-ups with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans & implementation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Great work ethic!
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) proficient
- Hireology experience would be great but not required
- Team player who thrives in an everchanging and stimulating environment with the ability and drive to learn new skills.
