As a Recruiter, this individual will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting to clients. This position will be part time working approximately 28 hours a week.
Mondays - 8 am to 5 pm
Tuesdays - 8 am to 5 pm
Wednesdays - 9 am to 1 pm
Thursdays - 8 am to 5 pm
Fridays - OFF
Responsibilities:
Sourcing
Recruiting
Answering phones
Directing Candidate Traffic Flow
Other Administrative Duties As Needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience Using an Applicant Tracking System
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:

Maintain client relationships
Document all activity and communication
Create and post open orders
Conduct Interviews with Candidates
Match candidates to open orders
Hire and place candidates to assignments
Manage employee on assignments
Facilitate redeployment of employees
Facilitate conversions
