Qualifications:
Required:
- High School/GED
- Medical Assistant (1+ years)
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
- Experience in a clinical setting.
Overview:
As a Certified Medical Assistant at our client, you will manage customer flow throughout the clinic, assist providers in managing and treating customers, and ensure collaborative, supportive, and delegated tasks are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical and clerical tasks to assist with managing customer flow throughout the clinic.
- Provide support to the clinic including front desk/check-in support, ordering and stocking supplies, and assistance with prior authorizations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the skills outlined in the Medical Assistant scope of practice.
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Days, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 80 Hours Per Pay Period
