Florence Cement Company is currently seeking a Receptionist

For the past 57 years Florence Cement has been a leader in building and repairing public and private roads. Our customers can rely on us to provide a complete roadway or site package including excavation, utility work, concrete, and asphalt paving. Throughout the years, we have continued to work in the metropolitan Detroit area and have kept a good relationship with the Michigan Department of Transportation, local communities, consulting engineers and private developers. Key Responsibilities

· Greeting visitors promptly and professionally

· Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct calls appropriately

· Maintain computer databases, files, and records

· Sorting and sending e-mails

· Filing

· Ensuring mail is ready for the post office and sort incoming mail

· Additional tasks as needed by management

· Full time or seasonal employment option

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Excellent listening/communicating skills

· Outgoing and positive personality

· Working knowledge and experience with MS Office

· Ability to handle a dynamic work environment

· Reliably means of transportation

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

· Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.36 - $20.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
