Job description

The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.

The Recovery Coachprovides peer recovery support services to a panel of assigned clients with opioid use disorder. This position acts as the primary contact point between the client and their Bicycle Health care team through a combination of video conferencing, phone and chat interaction. The Recovery Coach meets with clients on a monthly basis, documents the visit, provides peer support and reviews recovery goals. The Recovery Coach also facilitates support groups and provides care coordination services. This role is crucial in delivering holistic care services by providing support across multiple systems and frameworks of care. The Recovery Coach motivates and advocates for our clients and is a key collaborator with our medical and behavioral health clinicians.
