Examples of Duties
- Assists the public with Land Records for the purpose of accepting and processing a variety of documents being submitted for recording received via walk-ins, mail and electronically.
- Processes, assembles, reviews and files vital documentation and records received by mail and in person.
- Assists the public and provides customer service for the department.
- Assists with department administration.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant or related field and one to two years of experience in a real estate office, county office, attorney office, real estate or title company office or equivalent.
OR
High school graduate, G.E.D or foreign education equivalent to a U.S High School Diploma and three or four years of experience in a real estate office, county office, attorney office, real estate or title company office or equivalent.
Supplemental Information
HIRING RANGE / UNION: $23.49 - $24.62 Per hour / GU Unit – Grade 7
HOURS: Normal business hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Hours are full-time, 40 hours per week.
