Unified Business Solutions, LLC provides the right people, processes, and technology to ensure that our project team successfully delivers quality products and services to our federal government clients.
We are looking for eight (8) fulltime Records Packing Clerks to support our client in three (3) New York locations (Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan) for approximately twelve (12) weeks (April - June).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute the following tasks:
- Perform file room services in a defined, accurate, timely, measurable, and fiscally responsible manner that protects the interests of our client
- Enter record's data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
- Follow all processes for preparing and boxing records for off-site storage in accordance with the Records Center & Vault (RC&V) guide
- Box, label, and shrink wrap inventoried records and place on pallets
- Transport pallets to the loading dock; if needed load on to the truck/trailer
- Physically move/re-arrange/consolidate records per facility guidance
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Special Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the physical stamina to lift and move a standard size bankers box when full of paper (35-40 lbs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
