Position Name: Records Management Specialist
Description: ARES is hiring a Records Management Specialist to support NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC). The candidate will support the NASA Information, Data, and Analytics Services (IDAS) organization, providing Records Management and configuration management support. The candidate will assist with data calls for record collection, support digitization of analog records, manage retention schedules, provide business process automation support, records policy management development, and records reviews.
This position is located at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing records in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with common configuration management and document management tools such as SharePoint, Windchill, or similar.
- Understanding of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
