- Must have an in-depth working knowledge of the format and procedures as related to aviation maintenance, aircraft manuals, related material publications, technical directives, instructions and notices.
- Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe software. Capable of editing text documents and creating templates in MS Word, proficient in organizing and analyzing data in Excel. Additionally, possess expertise in utilizing a variety of Adobe software applications.
- Configure new data into the computerized maintenance system, Pentagon
- Audit and maintain trace and cycles in the system for all landing gear assemblies
- Audit and organize trace documentation for in house and customer assets
- Audit and update time limited components
- Verify accuracy and completeness of computer output reports against data input of maintenance documents processed daily
- Review customer RO’s and trace documents for accuracy and completeness
- Update work accomplished in the computerized tracking system
- Scan, manage and maintain technical and trace documents in the company database
- Abide by all quality and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain an organized work space
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- May occasionally be required to work overtime including evenings or weekends as necessary
