We are looking for the right person to join us in the Sales Rep position as a key member of our team to help make this happen. Our parent company has been in business since 1996 and has collectively helped more than 25,000 families.

· o ‘Prefer’ someone who is proficient and seasoned in Non-Medical In-Home Care but must have at least 3 years of sales experience in some type of private pay service industry.

· o Skillful at identifying sales potential, and lead generation

· o Adept at highlighting Always Best Care’s services and how they resolve potential customers needs

· o Be a Team Player and must align with our companies Core Values

Responsibilities:

· o Develop and maintain client referral sources and associated database

· o Generate customer leads/referrals following proven sales process

· o Develop and maintain professional relationships with your referral sources

· o Effectively convert prospects into clients

· o Promote Always Best Care services to new and existing referral sources

· o Effectively and professionally plan sales meetings and activities through phone calls and email while maximizing time efficiency

· o Meet sales objectives, document appointments, and provide activity (KPI) reports for weekly L10 meetings

· o Use effective Networking strategies to generate referral relationship meetings

Compensation and Benefits:

· $45K - $80K + Range -- Base plus Commission -- Uncapped

· Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available

· We pay a gas allowance for the use of your vehicle
