We are looking for a fun, upbeat, receptionist/ teeth whitening specialist to join our growing Minte family! We offer training, flexible schedule and a relaxing work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as required.
- Perform teeth whitening and other services (you will receive full training) for scheduled clients.
- Assist with social media communication as necessary.
- Utilize Point of Sale systems, such as Square, for seamless payment transactions.
- Maintain the facility, ensuring a refreshed environment between each client.
Requirements:
- Proven prior experience in customer service, sales, receptionist, or a comparable role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational abilities, including effective multitasking and task prioritization.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work performed.
- Proficient computer literacy, including expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with equipment such as Point of Sale systems, copiers, and phone systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience as a dental assistant and/or current enrollment in dental school or a dental-related program is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
