Receptionist/Shuttle Driver - Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to join our client's team as a Receptionist/Shuttle Driver. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as you will be the first point of contact for customers. As the receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and being able to work well under pressure.

In addition to your receptionist duties, you will also be responsible for driving the company shuttle to transport customers to and from various locations and run errands as needed. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• Experience with a multi-line phone system and working a front desk/reception area
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer savvy (software and hardware)
• Experience working with automobiles (retail or service) is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• 8am-5pm (with some flexibility)
• 35-40 hours/week
