At Dr. Randy’s, we strive to be the best part of our patients’ day! We are looking for a Front Desk Associate with an outgoing, positive, and friendly personality to join our outstanding team.

The ideal candidate will be the “face” of Dr. Randy’s practice and will, most importantly, have a smile on their face and voice as they care for our current and prospective families in person and on the phone in our exceptionally busy office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet and welcome patients and their families

Build rapport with patients with a strong focus on personalized service

Answer multiple phones lines in a courteous and professional manner

Schedule appointments

Verify insurance benefits and send insurance claims

Be knowledgeable about dental procedure codes

Answer questions and address concerns

Assume responsibility for the insurance aging report

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Customer service expertise
• Must make professional appearance and punctuality of utmost importance.
• Dental or Medical experience is a PLUS.

This is a full-time position Monday through Thursday. Patient hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Staff is required to arrive early and remain until end-of-day responsibilities are completed.

Hourly rate: Based on dental experience and knowledge
