Service Sales Specialist / Follow-Up Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Service Sales Specialist / Follow-Up Coordinator to join our team in Conway!

In this position, you will be generating company sales through timely customer follow-up on open service estimates. Follow-ups will occur through a combination of phone calls, emails, and text messages. By working closely with the team members, the Follow-Up Coordinator can keep field staff schedules full and positively impact the company's profitability. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is easy to talk to and who likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience, plus 2% commission on sales & spiffs! Targeted yearly compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly!

Essential Job Duties:

• Generate service estimates which cannot be created in the field
• Follow up with the customers on open service estimates
• Schedule appointments with the customers
• Support field staff with invoicing as needed
• Investigate, order, and coordinate parts for the sold jobs
• Back up CSRs & participate in the call center as needed
• Provide accurate reporting to the management on the service estimates, being a single point of contact for the subject

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background screens
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer service and/or sales
• Experience in estimations/billing is preferred
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Positive "can do" attitude, energetic personality
• Ability to work independently
