We are seeking a Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator to add to our team!
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, light accounting, contacting customers to arrange pickup of items from various locations across the US, data entry, coordinating / tracking shipments, building relationships with carriers / vendors, and other miscellaneous office tasks. Training will be provided on shipping software, computer skills required.
