Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, properly multitask and manage time. This position includes a variety of tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, completing medical record requests, making sure all documentation is completed before scanning and saving charts into electronic health record, verifying and entering patient demographics into the computer, working with schedulers from other physicians' offices, confirming patient appointments, setting up transportation, registering incoming patients, handling multiline phone system, copying, scanning, etc. Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Currently looking for someone available Monday through Thursday. Starts at 25 hours per week and may increase depending on need of the center. The center is open from 6am - 5pm therefore hours would be based on the centers' needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
