Position Overview
We are searching for an amazing and talented Receptionist/Dispatcher. This needs to be someone who loves people and processes; someone who thrives in administrative responsibilities, loves efficiency, is ultra-organized and process oriented - but also someone that can communicate and coordinate with all of our team, our clients, and vendors in positive ways. Someone who is open and approachable, but who can also be firm and assertive when needed. Must be able to focus in a loud environment and learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate person
- Take new lead calls and send out to the PMs
- Dispatch crews to jobs
- Inventory tracking
- Keep information updated in DASH for jobs.
- Equipment tracking and maintenance
- Customer service representative-the one constant person the customer can reach out to at any point in the process.
- Manage vendor onboarding and ensure compliance
- Record keeping: Customer, Vendor, Employee, Assets
- Greeting and assisting customers and vendors that visit the office
- Makes Customer Service calls when a job is wrapping up and sends out google review links to customers who are likely to give us a 5-star rating.
Qualifications
- 2+ years office work.
- Able to work independently while maintaining a "team-player" attitude.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.
- Impressive professional etiquette displaying integrity, respect, and thoughtfulness.
- Able to deal effectively with changing schedules, priorities, and customer’s needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
