Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve various administrative tasks, such as order entry, updating spreadsheets and quoting. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Assisting customers with quoting, placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns
- Coordinating projects and ensuring all tasks are completed within established deadlines
- Managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
- Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and fulfilling literature requests
- Utilizing computerized systems to update customer information and track orders
- Assisting with office duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
