Overview:
We are seeking a motivated person to help in our busy automotive repair shop.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with dropping off and picking up of vehicles
- Assist with ordering parts
- Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Transcribe voicemail messages and relay important information to the appropriate parties
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
