Receptionist/Budtender

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with age verification and identification procedures
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in electronics sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
