Job Description
The Receptionist position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to insurance agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties.
This position requires an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Need to be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate party
- Prepare all outgoing mail
- Distribute all incoming mail, faxes, packages
- Prepare correspondence, reports, mailings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain office equipment
- Maintain front office area
Requirements
- Prior office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have ability to multi-task in a high disruption environment
- Professional phone and in-person demeanor
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required
