Receptionist/Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

-Must have good communication skills. Must be able to multitask. Must be a quick learner.
- Responsible and Reliable a must.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals

-dispatch communication with drivers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Perform general clerical duties such as email, photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning documents
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

-QuickBooks knowledge required

*Close communication with owner on daily basis.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
