What you'll be doing every day as the Receptionist: You will support the administrative staff of the community and approach all encounters with residents, guests, outside visitors, and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. You will be responsible for basic accounting, cash handling. administrative functions, record keeping, communications with others, and other activities as assigned.

As the first impression of our community, you will have a friendly/outgoing personality as well as exceptional phone skills. You also need to demonstrate attention to detail, multi-task in a demanding environment and interact in a positive manner. Knowledge of general accounting a plus and Intermediate MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills are required. You also must be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and staff.

Pay Range: From $18.29/hr.*
