Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Answer tenant phone calls
- Handle tenant inquiries
- Create and distribute work orders through online Building Management System (Building Engines)
- Review for compliance and maintain a log for certificates of insurance
- Liaise with building engineers, electricians, porters to address tenant complaints and building issues
Skills & Qualifications :
- Years of Experience needed: 1 year of experience in a front facing role
- Level of Education: H.S Diploma
- Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite
- Top Must have Hard Skills: Prior front facing experience, People Oriented, detail driven, fast learner, Very Very professional demeanor
