As a Receptionist at Hiley Hyundai of Burleson, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of our dealership. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Burleson, Texas. It is a role that requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and is passionate about the automotive industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Provide support to sales and service teams as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's calendar
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and friendly attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service
