Triad Financial Services is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented team member. The hourly base range is $20 - $22 depending on skills, traits and experience.
In this exciting role you will be responsible to perform the following task:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls in both English and Spanish, to various department staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items; posts mail.
- Copies, collates and prepares documents for mail or internal distribution.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Prior Front Desk/reception experience in a high-volume setting preferred Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given Must be able to type at a rate at least 50 WPM Basic math skills Ability to operate general office equipment.
