The right candidate is outgoing, dependable, has a great can do attitude and wants to be an impact on a daily basis. The right candidate is full of energy, has 3-5 years experience as a receptionist/Customer Service Representative, is coachable and is a quick learner. We provide the hands on training - you provide the willingness and capacity to learn! The right candidate is not scared to come out their comfort zone and loves a challenge.
The Customer Service / Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through the facility, receiving supplies from USPS/FedEx, conducting zoom meetings, maintains calendars for appointments, sort mail, provide basic back office support, organization, plan travel arrangements, and supply clients with refreshments as they wait.
