Essential Functions
- Meet and interact with public and employees in routine situations which require tact, discretion and courtesy.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills with employees and the public in routine situations.
- Answer multiline telephone system for the purpose of screening and/or transferring calls and responding to inquiries
- Update Career Center Facebook and Twitter accounts.
- Schedules and maintains student monitors.
- Performs a variety of clerical and support work.
- Maintains confidentiality as defined within the policy and procedure manual.
- Performs other reasonably-related duties as may be assigned by the principal.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent phone and communication skills
