Reports to: Principal General Summary: Under the direction of the principal, performs a variety of clerical and support work, greets and interacts with the public, works cooperatively with staff, students, and parents, and performs other related duties as assigned. Essential FunctionsMeet and interact with public and employees in routine situations which require tact, discretion and courtesy.Demonstrates strong customer service skills with employees and the public in routine situations.Answer multiline telephone system for the purpose of screening and/or transferring calls and responding to inquiriesUpdate Career Center Facebook and Twitter accounts.Schedules and maintains student monitors. Performs a variety of clerical and support work.Maintains confidentiality as defined within the policy and procedure manual.Performs other reasonably-related duties as may be assigned by the principal.
