RECEPTIONIST / DATA SPECIALIST

Job duties include:

· Using multi-line phone and paging system to answer and route calls

· Greeting all clients and visitors

· Keeping desk and reception area clean and organized

· Performing advance level data processing using specialized software and programs

· Helping out in other departments as needed

Qualifications:

· Great communication skills

· Experience with multi-line phone system (preferred)

· Excellent attendance and punctuality

· Good computer skills with minimum of 40 WPM typing

Hours:

· Core hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday

· Occasional overtime or weekend work required

**Training provided. Excellent benefits available**

Must be able to work from a standing position as needed and climb stairs.

Occasional bending and lifting required.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required; along with assessments in Microsoft Word, Excel and keyboarding.
